SEO Coaching
Six Months. One Strategic Partner. A Website That Finally Works.
You Don't Just Want SEO Done.
You Want to Understand What You're Building.
You’ve done enough research to know that SEO matters.
Maybe you’ve even had an audit, read the blog posts, bookmarked the how-tos.
But knowing what to do and consistently doing the right things in the right order? That’s a different problem.
What you actually need isn’t another deliverable you’ll implement alone.
It’s an expert in your corner while you build. Someone who can look at your site as it evolves, help you decide what matters this month versus next quarter, and tell you when something you read on the internet is noise.
That’s what SEO Coaching is.
Not a task list handed off. Not a report filed away.
A real working relationship, over six months, with someone who knows your business and is invested in helping you get found.
SEO Coaching Is Right for You If:
- You want to own your SEO long-term, not outsource it indefinitely
- You’re willing to do the work, but you don’t want to do it alone or in the dark
- You’re planning to publish content consistently and want to do it strategically
- You want someone who can look at a new page, a blog draft, or a keyword idea and tell you honestly whether it’s worth your time
- You want to make smart SEO decisions for years after we stop working together
If you’d rather hand the whole thing off and not think about it, that’s exactly what my Done-For-You SEO package is for. No judgment. It’s a great option. It’s just a different one.
Here's What Six Months Looks Like
1. SEO Site Review: Your Foundation
We don’t start with guesswork. Before our first strategy call, I do a comprehensive audit of your website: how it’s built, how it communicates, how it shows up in search, and where the clearest opportunities are.
You receive a strategic roadmap that shows you what matters most and why — so every decision we make over the next six months is grounded in your actual site, your actual audience, and your actual goals.
2. Six Monthly Strategy Calls
Once a month, we meet on Zoom. We review what you’ve implemented, sort out what’s next, talk through anything that’s not working, and make smart decisions about where to put your energy.
Every call is recorded. So if you need to revisit the reasoning behind a decision three months later, you can.
3. Implementation Oversight
This is where the coaching goes from strategic to practical. As you build:
- I review new service pages before they go live
- I give feedback on blog outlines and keyword targeting
- I help you structure content for both search engines and real humans
- I flag what’s working and what needs adjusting before you invest more time in it.
You’re not publishing blindly and hoping for the best. You’re building with someone who can see what you’re building.
4. Ongoing Prioritization
The hardest part of SEO isn’t knowing what to do. It’s knowing what to do first and what to ignore entirely.
Over six months, your site will change. New pages will go up. Data will come in. You’ll have new ideas, new questions, and new things to decide. I help you make those decisions well, every single month, so your effort compounds instead of scatters.
Working with Laura was so simple and yet I can see that her suggestions are going to be monumental for my business getting the visibility it deserves.
I no longer wish to be a "best kept secret."
Laura took the time to understand my business and my client base, and then make SEO suggestions that fit my goals. A big AHA moment was how Laura demystified SEO. I've always been really intimidated by it, but she explained it so clearly; I was amazed to see how "simple" the changes suggested would be to make. I would recommend working with Laura to literally everyone who has a website.
SEO felt like a mystery and used the avoidance tactic. I decided to work with Laura. Her expertise and exceptional teaching style made everything clear. She has a unique way of breaking down complicated concepts into simple, actionable steps that even a non-techie like me could understand and implement.
During our one-on-one sessions, she conducted a through review of my website, provided a personalized checklist of changes, and guided me every step of the way. She helped me optimize my blogs, podcast episode titles, and choose the right SEO keywords and phrases to stand out online.
The results? My website is now attracting traffic from Google! Laura doesn’t just teach SEO—she gives you a strategy that works and gives you the confidence to use it.
If you want your website to start working for you and want to learn from someone who truly makes SEO approachable and fun, book a call with Laura.

What Becomes Possible After Six Months
By the time we wrap up, you won’t just have a more optimized website.
You’ll have something harder to replicate: the ability to make smart SEO decisions on your own.
You’ll know which pages to prioritize when you add a new service.
You’ll know how to evaluate a piece of content before you spend hours writing it.
You’ll know what the data in your Search Console is actually telling you and what to do about it.
You’ll stop second-guessing every SEO decision and start operating from a place of real confidence.
That compounds. Every month after we finish, you’re still benefiting from the six months we built together.
Frequently asked questions
01. How do I know if I'm a better fit for SEO Coaching vs. Done-For-You SEO?
It comes down to one thing: do you want to own your SEO or outsource it?
Done-For-You SEO is the right fit if you want a defined scope of work handled by an expert, efficiently, completely, and handed back to you.
It’s a project with a clear finish line.
SEO Coaching is the right fit if you want to be in the driver’s seat: implementing your own SEO, building real knowledge, and making smart decisions long after we stop working together.
You’re doing the work.
I’m making sure you do the right work, in the right order, with someone to course-correct when you need it.
If you’re still not sure, a Chemistry Call is a good place to sort it out.
02. What does a typical month look like?
Every month is a little different depending on where you are in your implementation, which is kind of the point.
The consistent anchor is our monthly strategy call. Before we meet, you’ll share what you’ve been working on and any questions that have come up. On the call, we review what you implemented, assess what’s working, and agree on priorities for the coming month.
In between calls, I’m available for implementation oversight: reviewing pages, giving feedback on content, and helping you make decisions as things come up.
Some months are heavier than others. That’s normal. The goal isn’t a rigid structure. It’s that you always know what to focus on next.
03. What if I already have an SEO audit from someone else — do I still need the site review?
Yes. I require my own site review as the foundation for this engagement.
It’s not about discounting prior work; it’s about me being properly oriented to your website before I start advising you on it.
The site review is how I identify your highest-impact opportunities, understand how your site is currently structured and communicating, and make sure we’re building from an accurate picture. Without it, I’d be giving advice based on incomplete information, and that’s not something I’m willing to do.
04. Why is SEO Coaching priced higher than Done-For-You SEO?
They’re fundamentally different types of work.
Done-For-You SEO is a defined project. I implement a contained scope of work and hand it back to you. It’s efficient and valuable, but it ends.
SEO Coaching is six months of access to my thinking, not just my execution. You get real-time decision-making support as your site actually evolves, implementation oversight on content and pages before they go live, and by the end, the ability to make smart SEO decisions independently.
The scope moves with your business. The knowledge stays with you long after we finish.
You’re not paying more for less. You’re paying for something that makes you more capable, permanently.
05. Can I continue working with you after six months?
Yes. If you want to keep the momentum going after your six months, we can discuss a continuity mentorship arrangement. We’ll talk through what ongoing support makes sense based on where you are and what your site needs at that point.
Still Deciding?
Ask yourself one question:
Do I want SEO handled for me, or do I want to understand what I’m building well enough to keep building it?
If it’s the first one, Done-For-You SEO is the right call.
If it’s the second, let’s talk.
